Len was our team's senior QA engineer. He was very thorough and did a great job of finding even the most obscure of bugs in our code. He was a big part of our being able to put out very frequent, fairly flawless releases. I would not hesitate to work with him again in the future.

Len and I worked together while at SilkRoad Technology. Len was the Lead QA Automation Engineer for the team I manage. I highly recommend Len. Len is a bright and talented automation engineer. He has deep experience with various methods for testing integrations and UI's. He is adept at picking the right tool for the job and writing automation that is flexible and easy to use and maintain. What's most important is that Len does a great job testing software. He is thorough and covers not only the obvious cases but finds those nuanced cases that if not caught in QA rear their ugly head in production. Len tested our Connect and JobQueue products - both of which were released for the first time time in in 2013 and 2012 respectively. Given that it is early in their maturity, we expected to find more serious issues than we actually did. Both products were remarkably stable. That speaks to Len's testing and the close relationships that he forged with our development team.

When writing recommendations, only done for folks in whom I really believe, I often say that I would be delighted to have an opportunity to work again with the person I'm recommending. What an pure pleasure it has been to have had another opportunity to work with Len. We were together at Helium and had the good fortune to work together again at Avenue100: the two companies could not have been more different! However, Len continued to demonstrate his professionalism, skill and dedication as he met the demanding needs of the changing Avenue100 environment: many different applications, many code bases, multiple databases, required services, etc. As selfish as it may seem, I hope I will have yet again another opportunity to work with Len.

Leonid (aka Len) is a tenacious and detail-oriented quality assurance engineer. While I worked with Len over a 2.5 year period, he developed a wide variety of testing solutions for various modules, product builds, installations of new software releases and product updates of our company's complex web applications and services. Len is also is adept at systems-level administration and monitoring. Knowledge of white box and black box testing methods. Len has knowledge of positive and negative testing, as well as performance and scalability testing. Len is a critical thinker with proven technical and problem-solving skills who works extremely well in team-oriented, high-stress, agile-development environments.
